Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email as soon as you place your order, and a second email with tracking details once it ships.
Delivery times
After processing, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7 to 12 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand: 8 to 15 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen around holidays, during bad weather or when carriers and customs are especially busy.
Shipping rates
- United States: free on orders over $49, otherwise $4.99
- Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand: free on orders over $49, otherwise $9.99
Your final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
How your order ships
Orders are packed and shipped internationally by our fulfillment partner. If you order more than one item, your items may arrive in separate packages, and you'll get tracking for each one.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. The first tracking update can take 2 to 3 business days to appear after your package is scanned.
Customs, duties and taxes
United States: import duties are covered by us, so you won't pay anything extra when your order arrives.
Other countries: orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Lost or late packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, please email us at support@motilun.store and we'll look into it right away. If a package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we'll always do what we can to help.
